What is included on your charcuterie boards?

Each board is designed for balance, variety, and visual appeal. Specific items may vary based on seasonality and availability to ensure the highest quality ingredients.
Do your boards come ready to serve?

Yes. All boards arrive fully styled, assembled, and ready to enjoy. No preparation is required, making them perfect for entertaining, gifting, or events.
We offer a wide range of sizes, from individual charcuterie boxes to large boards and grazing tables designed to serve anywhere from 2 guests to 100 or more. We are happy to help you choose the right size based on your guest count and event type.

Where are you located and what areas do you serve?

Bites of Bliss Charcuterie is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We serve Milwaukee County and surrounding areas, including West Allis, Wauwatosa, Greenfield, Glendale, South Milwaukee, Cudahy, St. Francis, Oak Creek, Franklin, Bayside, Brown Deer, Fox Point, Greendale, Hales Corners, River Hills, Shorewood, Whitefish Bay, and West Milwaukee. Delivery and pickup options are available depending on order size and location.
How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing orders at least 48 to 72 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation. Larger events and grazing tables may require additional notice.
Can you accommodate rush orders?

Rush orders may be available with a minimum of 24 hours notice, based on availability. A rush fee of $50 applies. Please contact us directly to confirm whether a rush order can be accommodated.

Is there a minimum for events?

Yes. All grazing tables include professional setup and styling. Breakdown services may also be available depending on the event location and agreement.

How much do your charcuterie boards cost?

Pricing varies depending on board size, level of customization, and event needs. Starting prices are listed on our menu page, and custom quotes are available for larger orders and events.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards as well as electronic payment options. Once you finalize the details of your order with our team, we’ll send you an invoice that can be paid online.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 25 percent deposit is required for events and large orders to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. All other orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Yes. All boards are prepared in compliance with local food safety regulations and handled with care to ensure freshness and quality.

How long can a charcuterie board sit out?
We recommend that charcuterie boards sit out for no more than 2 to 4 hours at room temperature. Timing may vary depending on the environment and event conditions.
Leftovers should be wrapped tightly and refrigerated as soon as possible. For best quality and flavor, leftovers are best enjoyed within 24 hours.

How should I store leftovers?
Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible.
If you cancel 5 or more days prior to your event, delivery, or pickup date, you will receive a full refund minus your initial 25 percent deposit.
If you cancel 2 to 4 days prior to your event, delivery, or pickup date, you will receive a 50 percent refund of your total order amount minus your initial 25 percent deposit.
Cancellations made the same day or one day prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date are not eligible for a refund.
