At Bites of Bliss Charcuterie, we believe great moments start with great food. We create elegant charcuterie experiences designed to complement life's most meaningful celebrations. What began as a love for thoughtfully crafted boards has grown into a passion for creating beautiful, flavorful experiences for every one and every occasion.
We specialize in hand-curated boards made with premium meats, artisan cheeses, fresh fruits, and so much more. Every board is designed with balance in bold flavors, quality ingredients, and an eye for detail.

With a history of working in the medical field for several years, suddenly my career came to a complete pause after having our first daughter in the summer of 2023. I began working part time and eventually my husband and I made the decision that I would focus 100% on my family, and leave my career entirely by the summer of 2024. Between balancing caring for myself, being a present wife and mother, I was also caring for a sick relative who meant the world to me. We were surviving on one income, which we managed, but I knew my family needed and deserved more.

Fast forward, I spent a lot of time praying to God for guidance on how I could balance being a stay at home mom, while helping my husband, who was working lots of overtime to provide for us. He never complained, but I knew he was exhausted. Then one day it came to me! I was about 7 months pregnant with our second child, and I thought CHARCUTERIE!!!! Who doesn't love meat and cheese!? We are from WI, right?

It took me months to decide on a name. I wanted something memorable, that would leave an everlasting impression on anyone who supported my small business. I wanted every bite of my charcuterie creations to be blissful, and people to mention ME when they thought of charcuterie.
